And we include lots of extras to get you started off right – like a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, a wide variety of cleaning products, and more. Our all-inclusive rates start at $109/night with a 30-night minimum stay for our small 1 bedroom flats and range up to about $199/night for our largest, most luxurious 2 bedroom options. Our rates are typically about 20% higher than our competitors – but for good reason.
