100% Move-In Ready
When we say “fully furnished”, we mean it. Each of our apartments comes exactly as shown in the listing photos – even down to little things like the placement of the Fiji waters in the bedrooms. We go above and beyond to provide everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay – from the obvious essentials (i.e., a comfortable sofa) to the “nice-to-haves” (i.e., 3 types of coffee makers). Month To Month Flexibility
Say goodbye to complicated lease terms and multi-month commitments.
Everything we do is month to month, and you simply “pay as you go”.
There’s no need to commit upfront to a move-out date.
Once you reserve your apartment, it’s yours for as long as you need it.
We simply charge your card once a month for 30 nights at a time.
You’re free to move out any time you want with only 2 weeks’ notice.
At that time, if you happen to have already been charged for nights beyond 2 weeks out that you wont’ need, we refund them.
We specialize in catering to guests who need lots of extra flexibility.

Renting with us is easy!
First, choose the apartment you want and request it via the listing.
As soon as your request is approved, we’ll send you a secure reservation link.
At the time of reservation, you simply pay for your first 30 nights with any major credit or debit card.
Our all-inclusive rates cover all taxes/fees except for a one-time cleaning fee of $299 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 (pets = $5/night).
Just enter your contact info and payment details, then agree our simple terms and conditions.
…and that’s it!
Once your apartment is reserved, you’ll get a confirmation and receipt.
About 7 days before arrival, you’ll get a text from us with a link to your arrival booklet which includes lots of helpful details (easy directions, your keypad code, WiFi info, etc.).
On your day of arrival, we offer convenient self check-in any time after 4pm.
Easy Move In/Move Out
We offer convenient self check-in.
When you arrive at your new apartment, just use your keypad code to unlock the door and enter.
Your code (changed for every guest) will be active during your entire stay, but you’ll also find two sets of physical keys on the kitchen counter.
Everything we do is designed for a stress-free experience.
And moving out is just as easy!
All we ask is that you leave the place relatively tidy and place the keys back on the kitchen counter for us.
That’s it!
No deep cleaning, no crazy lists of chores, no grumpy warnings about moving the furniture. 🙂

Free Cancellation & Changes
We understand how stressful it can be to commit to temporary housing.
…especially when your plans are still up in the air.
That’s why we give our guests a level of flexibility that would be hard to find anywhere else.
We offer unlimited changes and free cancellation up until 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Even if you need to cancel closer to your arrival date, you’ll still get a partial refund of your initial payment.
Ultimately, we believe that the best way to build a successful company is to create raving fans who can’t stop talking about us.
